Moneys of societies, how expended. — All moneys paid by members and others, and donations made to the society, shall be appropriated under the direction of said board, in conformity to such constitution, bylaws, rules and regulations as may be ordained and established for the government of the society and for the advancement and encouragement of the objects of the society.
