163.037. Weighted average daily attendance to include portion of summer school average daily attendance, when. — In any school year after the 2009-10 school year, if there is a twenty-five percent decrease in the statewide percentage of average daily attendance attributable to summer school compared to the percentage of average daily attendance attributable to summer school in the 2005-06 school year, then for the subsequent school year, weighted average daily attendance, as such term is defined in section 163.011, shall include the addition of the product of twenty-five hundredth times the average daily attendance for summer school.
