Title XII PUBLIC HEALTH AND WELFARE
< > Effective - 28 Aug 1998, 2 histories, see footnote (history)*195.219. Until December 31, 2016 — Unlawful endangerment of property, penalty. — 1. A person commits the crime of unlawful endangerment of property if, while engaged in or as a part of the enterprise for the production of a controlled substance, he protects or attempts to protect the production of the controlled substance by creating, setting up, building, erecting or using any device or weapon which causes or is intended to cause damage to the property of, or injury to, another person.
2. Unlawful endangerment of property is a class C felony, unless there is physical injury to a person whereby the offense is a class B felony, or there is serious physical injury to a person whereby the offense is a class A felony.
