< > Effective - 28 Aug 2009, 2 histories, see footnote (history)*307.090. Spotlamps — restrictions, penalty. — 1. Any motor vehicle may be equipped with not to exceed one spotlamp but every lighted spotlamp shall be so aimed and used so as not to be dazzling or glaring to any person.
2. Notwithstanding the provisions of section 307.120, violation of this section is an infraction.
