A person commits the crime of trafficking for the purposes of sexual exploitation if a person knowingly recruits, transports, provides, or obtains by any means another person for the use or employment of such person in sexual conduct as defined in section 556.061 without his or her consent.
2. The crime of trafficking for the purposes of sexual exploitation is a class B felony.
