578.390. Until December 31, 2016 — Welfare fraud telephone hot line, attorney general, duties. — The department shall establish and maintain a statewide toll-free telephone service which shall be operated eight hours per day during the work week to receive complaints of a suspected public assistance fraud. This service shall receive reports over a single statewide toll-free number.
