115.435. Voter to proceed to voting booth, when — ballot deemed cast, when. — After initialing the voter's identification certificate and after completing any procedures required by section 115.433, the election judges shall allow the voter to proceed to the voting booth and vote. Once the ballot has been completed by the voter and he or she successfully submits the ballot, the ballot is deemed cast.
