Until December 31, 2016 — Prior offenders — trafficking drugs, first degree, imprisonment for. — Any person who has pleaded guilty to or been found guilty of violation of subdivision (1) of subsection 1 of section 195.222, subdivision (1) of subsection 2 of section 195.222, subdivision (1) of subsection 3 of section 195.222, subdivision (1) of subsection 4 of section 195.222, subdivision (1) of subsection 5 of section 195.222, subdivision (1) of subsection 6 of section 195.222, or subdivision (1) of subsection 7 of section 195.222, or subdivision (1) of subsection 8 of section 195.222 shall be sentenced to the authorized term of imprisonment for a class A felony which term shall be served without probation or parole if the court finds the defendant is a prior drug offender.
