< > • Effective - 28 Aug 1983475.235. Order of sale, contents. — The court may order the real estate sold at public or private sale, or it may, in its order, provide that the conservator may sell at either public or private sale, at his option; but in no case shall the same be sold for less than three-fourths of its appraised value, nor shall the conservator become the purchaser, either directly or indirectly, of any of the property sold under the provisions of this law.
