< > • Effective - 01 Jan 2017, 2 histories, see footnote569.060. Reckless burning or exploding — penalty. — 1. A person commits the offense of reckless burning or exploding if he or she recklessly starts a fire or causes an explosion and thereby damages or destroys the property of another.
2. The offense of reckless burning or exploding is a class B misdemeanor.
