Until December 31, 2016 — Authorized state, county or municipal officers, good faith immunity from criminal liability. — No criminal liability is imposed by sections 195.005 to 195.425 upon any authorized state, county, or municipal officer, lawfully engaged in the enforcement of sections 195.005 to 195.425 in good faith.
