Chapter 277

  *277.180.  Until December 31, 2016 — Bribes to violate the livestock marketing law — class D felony. — 1.  Any person who offers a bribe to any livestock market or sale operator or market veterinarian for the purpose of inducing such operator or veterinarian to violate the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a class D felony.

  2.   Nothing contained in this chapter shall be construed to authorize any private cause of action, or to establish any substitute principal of a law in connection therewith.
