Chapter 324

  324.1122.  Continuing education requirements. — A licensee shall successfully complete sixteen hours of continuing education units biennially. An individual not licensed as a private investigator who is hired as an employee by a private investigator agency shall successfully complete eight hours of continuing education units biennially. Such continuing education shall be relevant to the private investigator business and shall be approved by the board as such.
