Entrance and transfer fees. — A credit union may charge an entrance fee, as may be provided in the bylaws which shall, however, not exceed one dollar. Fully paid-up shares may be transferred to any person upon election to membership, upon such terms as the bylaws may provide and upon the payment of a transfer fee which shall not exceed one dollar.
