Continuation of business. — In all cases where the court deems it advantageous to continue the business of a protectee, such business may be continued by the conservator of the estate on order of the court and according to the rules specified in section 473.300 for the continuation of the business of a decedent by a personal representative when no testamentary provisions are involved.
