  566.224.  Until December 31, 2016 — Polygraph tests and psychological stress evaluator exams not permitted, when. — No prosecuting or circuit attorney, peace officer, governmental official, or employee of a law enforcement agency shall request or require a victim of rape in the second degree under section 566.031, sexual assault under section 566.040* as it existed prior to August 28, 2013, rape in the first degree under section 566.030, or forcible rape under section 566.030 as it existed prior to August 28, 2013 to submit to any polygraph test or psychological stress evaluator exam as a condition for proceeding with a criminal investigation of such crime.
