Until December 31, 2016 — Manufacture or possession of five or more fake IDs prohibited, penalty. — Any person who manufactures or possesses five or more fictitious or forged means of identification, as defined in section 570.223, with the intent to distribute to others for the purpose of committing a crime shall be guilty of a class C felony.
