143.122. Estimate of additional income tax revenues for fiscal year 2003 — transfer of $27,000,000 into schools of the future fund from general revenue. — In fiscal year 2003, the commissioner of administration shall estimate the amount of any additional state revenue received pursuant to section 143.121 and shall transfer an amount equal to twenty-seven million dollars of general revenue to the schools of the future fund created in section 163.005, RSMo.
