  2.030.  General assembly to provide for printing and binding of laws. — The sixty-fourth general assembly and each general assembly thereafter, whether in regular or extraordinary session, shall by concurrent resolution adopted by both houses, provide for collating, indexing, printing and binding all laws and resolutions of the session and all measures approved by the people since the last publication of the laws and resolutions in the manner directed by the resolution. The general assembly may by concurrent resolution require that all laws passed by the general assembly and all resolutions adopted prior to any recess of the general assembly for a period of thirty days or more shall be collated, indexed, bound and distributed as provided by law, and any edition published pursuant to the concurrent resolution is a part of the official laws and resolutions of the general assembly at which the laws and resolutions were passed.
