Missouri advisory council on historic preservation transferred to department of natural resources. — The Missouri advisory council on historic preservation established by executive order 81-11, pursuant to the historic preservation act of 1966, and the regulations promulgated thereunder, is hereby transferred by a type III transfer to the department of natural resources.
