Nonresidents, action against license, notice to licensing state, when. — Within ten days after conviction, suspension, revocation, cancellation or disqualification of any nonresident holder of a commercial driver's license for any violation committed in a commercial motor vehicle of state law or any county or municipal ordinance regulating the operation of motor vehicles, other than parking violations, the director shall notify the driver's licensing authority in the licensing state of such action.
