Title XXII OCCUPATIONS AND PROFESSIONS

324.635. Falsification of fingerprints, photographs, or information, penalty. — Any person who knowingly falsifies the fingerprints or photographs or other information requested to be submitted pursuant to sections 324.600 to 324.635 is guilty of a class D felony. Any person who violates any other provisions of sections 324.600 to 324.635 is guilty of a class A misdemeanor.
