Title XXII OCCUPATIONS AND PROFESSIONS

Application — form — references — fee. — Applications for licensure as a professional land surveyor shall be typewritten on prescribed forms furnished to the applicant. The application shall contain the applicant's statements showing the applicant's education, experience, results of prior land surveying examinations, if any, and such other pertinent information as the board may require, including but not limited to three letters of reference from professional land surveyors with personal knowledge of the experience of the applicant's land surveying education or experience. Each application shall contain a statement that it is made under oath or affirmation and that its representations are true and correct to the best knowledge and belief of the person signing same, subject to the penalties of making a false affidavit or declaration and shall be accompanied by the required fee.
