Title XXII OCCUPATIONS AND PROFESSIONS

Board may license architect, professional engineer, land surveyor or landscape architect without examination, when. — The board shall issue a license to any architect, professional engineer, professional land surveyor or landscape architect who has been licensed in another state, territory or possession of the United States, or in another country, provided that the board is satisfied by proof adduced by such applicant that the applicant's qualifications meet or exceed the requirements for initial licensure in Missouri at the time of the applicant's initial license, and provided further that the board may establish by rule the conditions under which it shall require any such applicant to take any examination it considers necessary, and provided further that the board is satisfied by proof adduced by such applicant that the applicant is of good moral character, and provided further that any such application is accompanied by the required fee which shall be equal to the examination fee.
