Medical examinations of registered barbers. — The board may at any time require any barber to whom a certificate of registration is issued to be examined at the licensee's expense by a licensed physician to ascertain if such barber is free of infectious or contagious diseases and is not afflicted with any physical or mental ailment which would render him unfit to practice the occupation of barbering.
