374.208. Study on insurance markers — expiration date. — The director shall study and recommend to the general assembly changes to avoid unnecessary duplication of market conduct activities and to implement uniform processes and procedures for market analysis and market conduct examinations which will more effectively utilize resources to protect insurance consumers. The study shall be completed and recommendations provided by January 1, 2008.
