*573.509. Until December 31, 2016 — Adult cabaret, persons less than nineteen years of age prohibited from dancing, penalty. — 1. No person less than nineteen years of age shall dance in an adult cabaret as defined in section 573.500, nor shall any proprietor of such establishment permit any person less than nineteen years of age to dance in an adult cabaret.
2. Any person who violates the provisions of subsection 1 of this section is guilty of a class A misdemeanor.
