Title XXXVIII CRIMES AND PUNISHMENT; PEACE OFFICERS AND PUBLIC DEFENDERS

Until December 31, 2016 — Person operating vehicle while under sixteen years of age — penalty. — No person under the age of sixteen years shall operate a motor vehicle on the highways of this state. Any person who violates this section, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not less than five dollars nor more than five hundred dollars.
