< > Effective - 13 Aug 1982, 2 histories, see footnote (history)578.330. Until December 31, 2016 — Removal of baggage or cargo without owner's permission, penalty. — 1. It is unlawful to remove any baggage, cargo or other item transported upon a bus or stored in a terminal without the consent of the owner of such property or the company, or its duly authorized representative. Any person violating the provisions of this subsection shall be guilty of a class D felony.
2. The actual value of an item removed in violation of subsection 1 shall not be material to the crime herein defined.
