8.835. Priority projects initiated when — anticipated reduction of utility and energy cost reported to appropriation and budget committees. — 1. The office of administration shall initiate the highest priority project or projects on or before August 28, 1994, and shall initiate projects with a simple energy savings payback period of five years or less on or before August 28, 1998.
2. The office of administration shall advise the senate appropriations committee and the house budget committee of the anticipated reduction of utility and energy costs of all affected state agencies for the payback period of each project and for two fiscal years after completion of the payback period.
