208.440. Prior authorization requirement dates. — 1. By July 1, 2027, MO HealthNet managed care organizations, as defined in section 208.431, MO HealthNet managed care plans, and the MO HealthNet division shall comply with the requirements of subsections 7 to 10 of section 376.1364 as are applicable to health carriers, health benefit plans, and the department of commerce and insurance.
2. By July 1, 2028, MO HealthNet managed care organizations, as defined in section 208.431, MO HealthNet managed care plans, and the MO HealthNet division shall comply with the requirements of subsections 4 to 10 of section 376.1364 as are applicable to health carriers, health benefit plans, and the department of commerce and insurance.
