338.208.  Ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine — pharmacist may dispense without a prescription, when — storage. — Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, a pharmacist may dispense ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine to a person, without requiring a prescription order from a licensed health care practitioner, upon the approval of a warning label for the use and indication in accordance with any written, standardized procedures or protocols for the pharmacist issued by the board of pharmacy, including, if required, providing the person with instructions on the proper use of ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine.  Any ivermectin or hydroxychloroquine that is dispensed by a pharmacist without a prescription shall be kept behind the counter or otherwise not available for self-service or direct consumer access, be stored in a secure area accessible only to pharmacy personnel, and be dispensed only by a pharmacist or pharmacy technician under a pharmacist's supervision.
