*566.153. Until December 31, 2016 — Age misrepresentation, crime of — penalty. — 1. A person commits the crime of age misrepresentation with intent to solicit a minor when he or she knowingly misrepresents his or her age with the intent to use the internet to engage in criminal sexual conduct involving a minor.
2. Age misrepresentation with intent to solicit a minor is a class D felony.
