Chapter 105

  *105.478.  Until December 31, 2016 — Penalty. — Any person guilty of knowingly violating any of the provisions of sections 105.450 to 105.498 shall be punished as follows:

  (1)  For the first offense, such person is guilty of a class B misdemeanor;

  (2)  For the second and subsequent offenses, such person is guilty of a class D felony.
