174.170. Annual report, contents. — The president of each board shall make an annual report to the department of higher education and workforce development, in the month of August in each year, of all receipts of moneys from appropriations, incidental fees, and all other sources, and the disbursements thereof, and for what purposes, and the condition of said college.
