Title XV LANDS, LEVEES, DRAINAGE, SEWERS AND PUBLIC WATER SUPPLY

Districts may be formed at regular meetings of governing body. — The county commission, or other legislative body if different from the county commission, of any county in this state forming a levee district wholly within its limits, whether of the whole county or a part of such county, may lay off such levee district at any regular meeting of such commission.
