Title XXIV BUSINESS AND FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS

The division of finance shall have charge of the execution of the laws relating to banks, trust companies, and the banking business of this state; credit unions; and of the laws relating to persons, copartnerships and corporations engaged in the small loan business in this state.
2. The director of finance may institute, in the name of the state of Missouri, and defend suits in the courts of this state and the United States.
