Title XXXI TRUSTS AND ESTATES OF DECEDENTS AND PERSONS UNDER DISABILITY
< > • Effective - 28 Aug 1985475.011. Preference for spiritual healing not evidence of incapacity. — Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to constitute evidence of incapacity or partial incapacity of a person solely because such person refuses medical treatment upon the grounds that such person has consistently relied on prayer for healing in accordance with the religion of any church which teaches reliance on spiritual means for healing.
