Chapter 191

  191.2625.  Reimbursement requirements — annual report. — 1.  Any facility that receives reimbursement from the fund shall:

  (1)  Provide reports on individual veterans and groups of veterans to the commission on measured health improvements from accepted and approved cognitive testing protocols, brain imaging, or other medical assessments approved by the industry, the United States Food and Drug Administration, the United States Department of Defense, Tricare, or the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services conducted before and after therapy; and

  (2)  Submit an annual report to the commission with the following information:

  (a)  The number of veterans who received hyperbaric oxygen therapy at the facility;

  (b)  The demographics of the veterans who received hyperbaric oxygen therapy at the facility;

  (c)  The number of actual hyperbaric oxygen therapy dives by veterans completed at the facility;

  (d)  Cognitive test results of veterans who received hyperbaric oxygen therapy at the facility; and

  (e)  Any testimonials provided by veterans voluntarily.

  2.  (1)  Before January first each year, the commission shall prepare a report detailing each treatment of hyperbaric oxygen therapy provided to a veteran in accordance with sections 191.2600 to 191.2630, the provider type for each treatment provided, the number of veterans treated or served, the treatment outcomes for the veterans treated or served, and a detailed accounting of the moneys used in the fund during the immediately preceding fiscal year.

  (2)  The commission shall submit the report prepared under subdivision (1) of this subsection to the governor, the president pro tempore of the senate, and the speaker of the house of representatives.
