Waiver of legal requirements, when — limitation on waiver. — Any heir, devisee, or the guardian or conservator of any heir or devisee under disability then interested in the estate may waive, in writing, any requirement imposed upon the personal representative by the provisions of chapter 472, 473, or 474 of this code; provided, that such waiver does not adversely affect the rights of creditors or other persons interested in the estate.
