Chapter 701

  701.379.  Appeal from chief safety inspector's decisions, procedure. — 1.  Any aggrieved person may appeal any decision of any state inspector to the chief safety inspector of the state.  Any appeal of a decision of the chief safety inspector shall be taken as provided in chapter 536.

  2.  Any person aggrieved by a decision of a municipal inspector may appeal such decision to the municipality in accordance with municipal ordinances.
