Title VIII PUBLIC OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES, BONDS AND RECORDS
< > Effective - 28 Aug 2014 (all or part is unconstitutional)*105.1415. Volunteer not considered employee, when. — Any person who performs volunteer work in the office of a judge or prosecutor and receives no pay or compensation shall not be considered an employee of the county or municipality.
