172.345. Veterans Day, public holiday for University employees. — The eleventh day of November of each year shall be a public holiday for all employees of the University of Missouri system in observance of Veterans Day. When the eleventh day of November falls on a Saturday or Sunday, the Monday next following shall be considered the public holiday.
